CHANGELOG

  • Added "Energy" system for abilities, enemies drop energy which is then consumed by the player to cast spells. Stored energy is tracked as a bar above the player, energy cost is denoted in a spell's cast icon.
  • Added "Currency" drops, these are tracked but do not do anything as of yet
  • Added DoF post processing, better color grading
  • Minimap now displays in sepia color tone to distinguish from regular camera
  • Ability cast time indicator has been added
  • Some new BGM has been added to the Javelina Flats level
  • Bullets now have falloff damage, damage will begun to reduce around the edges of the screen (given a 1920x1080 monitor) and distance further reduces damage until reaching 0
  • Some additional SFX and VFX have been added to spells
  • Short invuln window added when dodge-rolling
  • Enemies should no longer spawn inside buildings (Not 100% sure but it's at least better)
  • Some controls indicators have been added to the in-game UI
  • Enemies no longer spawn continuously, initial enemy heavily reduces
  • Overhangs stay transparent unless player is above them
