Marvin's power has gone out and he wants to catch some Z's. There is also a ghost and it might GET YOU!!! Flip the circuit breakers to turn the power back on. In the meantime you can use your lantern's light to scare it off. Press and hold E on the oil barrels to refill your lantern.
